About Dr. Alexandru Mihalache

Urology specialist with advanced skills in minimally invasive procedures

Dr. Alexandru Mihalache is a consultant urologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating urological conditions, recognised for his professionalism and modern approach to prostate disease. He has been a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU) since 2022 and won the EAU Guidelines Cup (2021), a competition that brought together more than 250 participants from across Europe.

A strong advocate of evidence-based medicine, he has attended numerous international masterclasses and workshops, focusing in recent years on anatomical enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP):
